The chicken sandwiches was amazing ...Finally had a great service at this location so happy to see how they are actually improving. Their fries were so crispy my son ate in all n wanted more!!! Great Job to Lee btw!! What an awesome personality
Very clean interior and exterior and the tablets you order off of when you walk in are very responsive unlike other places that use digital menus. I got the new Non-Dairy Chocolate Shake which was very good! The fries here are honestly the best I've had anywhere else fast food wise. Also I recommend the pink lemonade as it is super refreshing.
I ordered at the kiosk but it wouldn’t take my card. One of the staff members noticed and helped very quickly! The food was hot and delicious. And the shakes were cold and tasty! The vanilla chocolate tasted just like a frosty from Wendy’s.
In the mood for a satisfying creamy milkshake? This is the place! Great consistency and oh so smooth. Custard is a much better base than ice cream. Not ice pieces in it!
This location was a pleasure to visit. The food was very fresh and tasted delicious. I love the loaded cheese fries, and the cookies and cream shake with whipped cream. The staff were fast and efficient on getting my order out. The staff was also very friendly and kind and the store was clean and well-maintained.
Never had Shake Shack. The burgers we ordered damn they were soooo good! Cooked and seasoned to perfection! Definitely the best fast food burgers we have eaten. We only stopped because there was line. 5 stars for a drive thru! Yes that good! Staff was friendly. Crinkle cut fries . Fried to the perfect doneness not soft or cheap tasting at all. If you combined red Robin, smash burger, and five gus it still would not be as good as our experience at the shake shack in Maple grove. Delicious!
My Friend and I ordered the shack burger fries and a root beer float, and a cookie & creme. Everything was Really Good, Especially my Float. Customer service was Also Really Nice, I Enjoyed the Music as well. Definitely will be returning.
Cashier was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and offered suggestions and substitutions for items they ran out of. Food was fast, accurate, and the perfect temperature. The person bringing it to our table was also friendly. You don't get this service at very many places any longer.
